The food we eat directly affects the performance of our brain.
Recent studies suggest that by eating the right food, you can boost your IQ, improve your mood, sharpen your memory and keep your mind active.

If you give your brain the right nutrients, you will be able to think quicker, retain more information, be better coordinated and have improved concentration – which is all really important if you are learning.

To help fuel your learning, learndirect has teamed up with top nutritionist Fiona Hunter and TV chef Danny Boome to come up with a number of brainfood tips.
