Health: Let your stresses be massaged away

Step away from the coffee machine and your computer and let your stresses be massaged away by one of the lovely ladies from John Lewis.
ET Towers was a blissful haven of tranquillity last week as Nadine Thomson, from John Lewis's Origins counter, came in to give us a Vitality at Work session.
This involved Nadine massaging our necks, arms and hands, and talking us through what we can do to be less stressed.
The Origins girls are willing to come into any business or school and give staff a Vitality at Work morning or afternoon for free. That's right – for free.
After your massage, you can walk away or book an appointment with Nadine at the counter, where she will give you an in- depth skincare consultation.
The chances are you'll book an appointment, because Origins products are simply gorgeous.
They are all derived from natural ingredients, nothing is tested on animals, and no parabens or additives are used. And it smells and feels lovely – as well as being good for your skin, each product is designed to have a positive affect on your overall wellbeing.
"People often lead very stressful lives, and sitting at a computer all day in an air-conditioned room can really take its toll on your skin," said Nadine. "But our products, such as our Calm To Your Senses body soufflé, which includes lavender and vanilla, can really help you to relax," she said.
Nadine can also give groups of colleagues or friends massages and relaxation tips at her counter, and also offers 45- minute-long treatments for £15.
And that £15 can be knocked off any products you buy, such as the delicious Peace of Mind, a mixture of peppermint, basil and eucalyptus designed to "relax, refocus and re-energise" you.
"We can help your stress work for you rather than against you," said Nadine. "And
Origins is generous with its samples – we want to make sure you buy the right thing to help your skin look its absolute best."
Call Nadine on the Origins counter on 01733 344644 for more information.
