A wealth advice session is to be staged in Peterborough to help people manage their income and assets.
Belvoir Lettings Peterborough, in Lincoln Road, is working with leading wealth management company, St James's Place, to create not only a secure lettings and management service but also a secure financial environment for their clients.

Owner of Be
lvoir Lettings Peterborough and BFA Franchise Owner of the Year 2007, Terry Lucking, said: "I have been working with St James's Place on a personal level for some years now, and their approach to clients is superb.

"For the last year I have been offering a small number of my landlords access to the services of specially selected partners and it has proved absolutely invaluable. It is a fantastic service to have at our disposal and is unique in our industry."

Mr Lucking said many people who had either created or acquired capital, or who earned high incomes, have complicated financial situations to manage. Add to this a changing market place and increasingly complex

legislation, and there is a recipe for disaster. However, there are places to turn to for help.

St James's Place is holding a seminar with Belvoir Lettings to cover the main aspects of wealth management, which should be considered and planned for by all property investors.

The seminar will be run by some of the top speakers in the FTSE 150 firm, and all seats must be reserved as space is limited. Attendance is free and refreshments will be provided throughout the evening with cheese and wine to finish.

The seminar will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, on March 5, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

Anyone interested in attending this event should call event organiser Leanne Mitchell on 07852 306075 or e-mail leanne.mitchell @sjpp.co.uk
