MORE than 250 school children, many dressed in Tudor costumes, will join civic leaders and other dignitaries in a service to commemorate the 472nd anniversary of the burial of Katharine of Arag"n.
The commemoration of the first of King Henry VIII’s six wives will take place at Peterborough Cathedral on Tuesday, January 29.

The ceremony will also mark the 22nd anniversary of Peterborough’s twinning link with Alcalá de Henares, Katharine’s birthplace in Spain.

It will be attended by representatives from the Spanish Embassy and the Anglo Spanish Society in London as well as members of the Hispanic Society of Peterborough.
