DANZFUSION dance classes are a great way to get fit and have fun.
The adult fitness classes are held in the sports centre at Stanground College on Wednesdays, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
Sessions include warm-up, flexibility and street dance routines, and aim to improve co-ordination, flexibility, stamina, rhythm and timing.
