BOOKINGS are now being taken for a coach trip to Norwich next week.
It is the perfect opportunity to shop until you drop, as the city boasts two shopping centres, a market and other precincts.
To avoid disappointment, you are advised to book early, as this is a popular trip.
The coach will be leaving from outsi
de Sir Harry Smith Community College, in Eastrea Road, Whittlesey, at 9.30am on Tuesday. Other viable pick-up points en-route may be arranged.
The coach will leave Norwich at 5pm. Tickets cost £10.

Cakes will help light up town
A RANGE of delicious cakes will be on sale at a fund-raiser.
Proceeds from the Whittlesey town centre sale will go towards the town’s Christmas Lights Committee fund.
The cake stall will be under the Market Square Buttercross, from 8.30am to 1pm on Friday.
The lights committee is also running its annual quiz.
Quiz sheets are available to buy for £1 from shops displaying the reindeer logo.
Alternatively, send a stamped addressed envelope, and a £1 coin, to Christmas Quiz, 13 Crescent Close, Whittlesey, PE7 1YB.
Racing to help football team
RACING fans should head to the Nags Head, in Eastrea, on Friday night.
The pub is holding a horse race night to raise funds for the Coates Crusaders junior football team.
Tickets cost £6, and include a buffet. Race card tickets are available from the pub now, by calling 01733 203333.
It all starts at 7.30pm.

FESTIVE treats and present ideas will be on sale at a Whittlesey residential and nursing home this Saturday.
