3. Get Fit Healthy body, healthy mind, so the saying goes, so why not head down to Stanground College's Sports Centre and for an hour of circuit training between 6pm and 7pm?

5. For Mums And Babies A post-natal yoga session for mums and their babies is being held at Orton Christ Church Hall between 11pm and noon. Tea will be on offer afterwards.
