A TALENTED pupil whose aspiration is to become an architect won the Design and Technology Award.
Robyn Jones (18) from Deacon's School in Queen's Gardens, Peterborough, has a continuous and rigorous approach toward the subject area which is a reflection of her drive and perseverance.

The teenager from Hampton Hargate said: "I am absolutely gobsmacked. I was up for two awards so I am glad that I was able to walk away with a trophy for one of them. I am just totally speechless."

Robyn, who has continually displayed qualities that are of a professional and industrial standard, has been successful in obtaining a number of offers for a range of universities across the country.

Matthew Donald from Jack Hunt School and Natasha Burton from Arthur Mellows Village College were highly commended in the judges' comments.
