Together since: 2006

Influences: Joy Division, Pearl Jam, The Smiths

Information: Bassist Andy explains: "Tris and I had some rough demos recorded in the middle of 2006. Vince liked our sound, so with a drummer on board we started giging, playing shows in Peterborough, London, Cambridge, Leicester, Lincoln, etc.

"We went in and out of the studio throughout 2007 and recorded five songs, three of which are on our first demo CD. 2008 will be a year of intensive giging for Zhen Merit - we hope to play Peterborough many times, as well as London and further afield."
