Direct Delivery is our home delivery service enabling you to have The Peterborough Evening Telegraph delivered to your door.

How to pay

All Direct Delivery customers are invoiced on a monthly basis (in arrears) and for your convenience we offer a wide variety of ways to pay:

Direct Debit

If you sign up to this service there will be no delivery charge

By debit/credit card

If you have a touchtone phone you can make a credit or debit card payment by calling our 24hour, 7 day per week telephone number on 0845 300 7001. You will need to quote the 18-digit reference number that appears in the reference box on your tear-off remittance slip.

By cheque

Please complete the tear-off remittance slip and send it along with your cheque to Accounts Department, Upper Mounts, Northampton, NN1 3HR. Please also write your account number on the reverse of your cheque.

You can still pay in person at The Evening Telegraph's reception.

We ensure our team of deliverers have their papers as early as possible, ensuring you have your paper before 6pm Monday to Friday and before 3pm on Saturdays.

Texts messages cost 25p in addition to the standard network charge and should contain no more than 160 characters. By supplying your telephone number you’re happy to receive SMS/MMS messages from Johnston Press publishers of the Chronicle & Echo and its approved business partners.
