IMPORTS finished top of The Evening Telegraph batting and bowling merit tables this season.
Oundle's South African star Martin Van Der Merwe earned 12 entries in the batting charts, while Peterborough Town's Waqas Chugthai topped the bowling charts with five entries.

Batsmen had to score 50 or more and bowlers had to take five wickets or more in a single match to qualify for the weekly table.
