Half term fun organised at Jack Hunt School

PARENTS can book their children on free workshops at Jack Hunt School taking place during the February half term.

On Monday, February 13 there will two drumming workshops, with a class for experienced musicians from 10.30am until 12.30pm, and then for beginners from 1pm until 3.30pm. The sessions cost £3.

Then on Tuesday, February 14, there will be three workshops taking place at the school on Ledbury Road, Peterborough.

Children will be able to learn all about radio broadcasting, street dancing or acting for camera between 11am and 3pm.

There will also be hour-long boxfit classes on the Tuesday and Thursday between 11am and 1pm, at a cost of £3 per session, or £5 per family. Minimum age of 5.

On Wednesday, February 15, cycling classes will take place for beginners from 9.30am until 12.15pm, and then for advanced cyclists from 12.30pm until 3.30pm.

It is for children aged between seven and 12-years-old, and people should bring water for refreshment. It costs £3 per person or £5 for a family.

On Friday, February 17, a percussion group for the deaf and hearing impaired will teach an active anf fun session with hand drums. It costs £3 per person.

A table tennis session will also take place on Friday, for people of all abilities aged nine to 18. It costs £3 per person. For more information, or to book your spot, call 01733 263526 extension 170, or send an email to cluster@jackhunt.net.
