Garden designer to speak at WI meeting

PICK up some pre-spring gardening tips at a Whittlesey Women’s Institute (WI) meeting.

Whittlesey Ladysmith WI group has invited Jeni Cairns, a member of Peterborough Artists’ Open Studios, to talk to them about garden design on Tuesday evening.

Ladysmith WI gathers at St Andrew’s Hall, in Parkinson’s Lane, Whittlesey, on the second Tuesday of the month with meetings starting at 7.30pm.

This month’s regular competition is for the best home grown pot plant and a bought flower in a vase.
