Werrington: Drivers are injured in collision

TWO drivers were injured last night (Thursday) after their vehicles were involved in a collision.
The accident happened in David's Lane, Werrington, Peterborough, at about 8pm.

Two motorists were treated by paramedics for what were believed to be minor injuries, and the scene was made safe by fire crews from the city's Dogsthorpe and Stanground stations, and a rescue vehicle from Dosgthorpe.

Yes another accident at the David’s Lane / Staniland Way junction, how many more before something is done about this junction. Or do we have to wait for someone to be killed. If the owners of Werrington Centre are going to replace this junction with a roundabout give them the planning permission, that way we get a nice new centre and safer access. P.S. if we could have a new modern Health Centre and a Swimming pool included that would be even better.
