TEA bookings are being taken for the increasingly popular Werrington Tea Afternoons.
Organiser Tess Mitchell said that each month the numbers increase, which is essential for the service to continue.

Werrington councillor Paula Thacker, who attended the September session, said she was looking forward to next week's tea afternoon.

She said: "It's wonderful, I will be taking my mother, and I am hoping I can offer some financial support to keep the afternoon's going. They are fabulous community afternoons."

The next sessions will be on Wednesday, November 19, at Werrington Village Hall, from 2.15pm to 4.15pm.

There will be music and entertainment, along with a plated tea, and it is essential that you book in advance.

n To book, call Tess on 01733 573180.
