Sue Burnett said: "I first met Pauline when she became a member of Anglia Communicators, part of the Toastmasters International organisation, and I recently discovered that she had become a BizFizz coach and could offer support and guidance to people wishing to start a small business and make it successful.
"In an attempt to turn a hobby into a profession, Pauline has made me realise that "self-belief" is the key for turning a passion into a profession."

Sue has been a runner for many years, and knows the stress that running and other sports can put on the body.

She said: "runners work really hard when preparing for a race and a pre or post-race conditioning massage can ease away the training, stress, strains and muscular aches and pains. This would give them the active edge and increase their chances of success."

Sue had being giving injury prevention and training tips to many of the runners for this year's Great Eastern Run.

She teamed up with Phil Young on the day of the run to provide sports massage to the Sue Ryder charity members. Sue is a qualified professional therapist trained to a high standard, and is affiliated to the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM).

An inspiration for many people from all walks of life, and a member of Werrington Joggers, Sue has an extensive background in the world of sport. She has gained considerable knowledge and first-hand experience about the needs of runners, cyclists, tri-athletes and skiers.

With more and more runners entering races every year, Sue said: "not only is a sports massage a real treat for those tired muscles, but there is also a huge benefit from the energy a sports conditioning massage can bring or aid in your recovery with a post race massage."
