STAFF at a Peterborough firm are stepping out to make sure their travel arrangements are environmentally sound.
Halcrow's Peterborough office has organised a sustainable travel week to encourage walking and cycling and greater use of the bus, train and car sharing for business travel or getting from home to work.

One of the organisers Binal Karia said: "As a consultancy firm that promotes sustainability to our clients, it is important to practice what we preach.

"Spring into Action Week provides the opportunity to inform Halcrow staff about sustainable travel options, but also have some fun while doing it."
