Peterborough training and development company Toojays has recently partnered with Flag Fen Archaeology Park to provide a venue for its experiential team development and management training events.
The company currently provides learning and development solutions for a variety of blue chip, public sector and SME organisations.

Combining classroom theory with outdoor experiential activities, learning is embedded quicker and stays with delegates longer.

The new partnership will enable the provision of management and team development events at the Peterborough Archaeology Park.

Toojays’ managing director, Lee Martin, said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer our clients development training here at Flag Fen.

“There is no other, specifically designed site within Peterborough that enables the outdoor learning and experiential development that we can provide here at Flag Fen.”
