The first phase of the new Hampton Vale District Centre within the Hampton township is now just over a month away from completion.
The development is being undertaken by Henry Davidson Developments and, when completed, will provide 14 new shops, a family pub and a new community centre.

The scheme is designed to provide shopping facilities for the residents of Hampton Vale.

Units have already been let to One Stop, Lloyds Pharmacy, Connells Estate Agents, Subway sandwiches, Ladbrokes and Sue Ryder Care, as well as a fish and chip shop and Chinese take-away. Other units are under offer.

Joint letting agent Julian Welch, of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: "These units will provide much needed local shopping facilities for the residents of Hampton Vale.

"They have appealed to a range of national operators who recognise the strength of the location and the catchment population, and I am sure they will prove to be very successful outlets."

He added: "There are just a few units remaining. They would suit a variety of operators such as hairdressers, restaurants, coffee shops, sandwich bars, florists, dry cleaners, opticians and so on."

Any party interested in leasing one of the shops should call Julian Welch at Lambert Smith Hampton on 01733 563921, or Robert Dickens at Savills on 01733 344414.
