A NEW marketing event is being staged to help Peterborough businesses raise their profile in the media.
The meeting is being organised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Peterborough group and will give delegates the chance to hear from a PR professional.

Speaker Andy Walker is communications and public affairs director at the Association for Consultancy and Engineering and an active member of the International Building Press, the network for PR professionals and journalists working in the construction and property sector.

A spokeswoman said: "This evening seminar will help delegates develop a message and understand the journalist's perspective."

It will be held on May 7 at Perkins Innovation Centre, Vicarage Farm Road, Peterborough, with buffet and networking from 5.30pm and the seminar getting under way at 6.30pm.
