people solutions business The One Group, with offices in peterborough and Cambridge, will be hosting another free employee motivation seminar, on December 2, at the Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre in Hemingford Abbots, near huntingdon.
More than 70 delegates from a range of major blue chip companies across a wide range of industry sectors attended the original seminars last month, and due to overwhelming demand, the subject is being revisited.

The free seminar will cover topics including the four drivers of motivation, understanding your people, the manager’s role, reward and recognition and doing things differently.

Speakers include Richard Leech, from The One Group, and David Palser, a former Visiting Fellow of Manchester Business School.
