Land on which nursery roses are cultivated forms a feature in one of five lots of land for sale near Wisbech through property consultancy Carter Jonas.
The rural agency of Carter Jonas is marketing land and buildings at West Walton to the north of Wisbech and land at Elm, south of the town, for sale as a whole or in five, separate lots.

Collectively, the land for sale is just less than 288 acres (116.52ha) of productive, mainly Grade I silt with 16,363sq ft (1520.73sq m) of buildings equipped with cold storage and yard facilities.

Roses have been grown for the past two years on land which forms part of Lot 3 and other crops and produce, ranging from wheat, sweetcorn, potatoes, pumpkins and courgettes, have been grown in the current season across the other lots.

The freehold with vacant possession on completion is offered for sale by private treaty as a whole or in five lots.

For more information about the purchase of the land, call Carter Jonas in Cambridge on 01223 346628.
