Local civil engineering and property development firm the GKL Group has relocated to its head office in Club Way, Hampton, Peterborough.
The completion and occupation of the new corporate base signifies another key milestone in the group’s growth strategy, bringing to fruition two years of planning, design and project management.

Partnering with local architects, GKL deployed its own design and build teams to deliver the 6,000sq ft contemporary offices on time and to budget.

From foundation level (made with recycled materials) to the evaporative cooling technology for which a Carbon Trust Loan was obtained (and which uses just five per cent of the energy a traditional air conditioning system would use) this landmark building is one of the most fuel and energy efficient structures to be erected in Peterborough in recent years.
