OFFICE Angels, in conjunction with NorthgateArinso Employer Services, is inviting businesses to its free interactive Employment Law and Health and Safety workshop, on September 17.
The venue is the Ramada Peterborough, (Fenland Suite) Thorpe Meadows, and it runs between 8.30am and 11am.
The workshop is particularly aimed at companies with between 10 and 30 employees who do not have a dedicated HR department.
Areas covered include employers' policies and procedures; effective staff management, including managing stress, absenteeism and grievance and disciplinary procedures; tribunal prosecutions; maternity/paternity regulations and age discrimination.
