Car test centres on the market

TWO car test centres within two miles of each other in Peterborough have been put on the market.
The MoT centres are in Lincoln Road and Eastfield Road, and both are available leashold for £20,000 per year.
Commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been instructed to market the two centres.
LSH's Julian Welch said: "These two test centres have come to the market separately in close proximity of each other, and would suit a franchisee of a national chain."
