The Peterborough-based planning department is made up of nine members of staff. They are responsible for placing customer adverts that have been sold by the reps in advertising.
Planning manager Tina Barnes said: "We are responsible for more than 50 regular titles a week covering all areas from Peterborough as far as Skegness and Bury St Edmunds, plus the other special publications that

the company produces.

"The adverts are placed on the pages and we send around 1,500 to 2,000 pages directly across a link to our press hall in Oundle Road, where the pages, complete with adverts and editorial, are printed.

"The staff need to be creative, articulate and able to achieve tight deadlines."
